Saving more water
When you shower, besides setting a bucket under the faucet to catch what runs out before it warms up, plug the drain and use the shower water to flush the toilet. Flushing takes a lot of water, even if you have one of those new low water toilets.
We joined the city pool for $155 for the summer - our family is seven. I told my husband we needed to take some shampoo and start bathing at the pool and save water. He just looked at me like I am crazy.

If the price of water goes up along with other things, he may change his mind. :)
