Save on scotch tape

Do you hate to waste scotch type tape by turning the end over to keep it from getting "lost" in those cheap dispensers? Use one of those plastic tabs used to close bread sacks or cut a small piece from a plastic lid to put under the end and you'll never have a problem again.

I use my excess address labels in place of tape for items where looks isn't important. I also use the one sided sticky material left over from my grandson's sticker books when he is finished with them. I do use scotch tape when looks are important.

I don't think I've purchased any scotch tape for over 7 years. I found a great sale then, and have kept each box of tape wrapped in plastic wrap. It is still good after 7 years.
