Hang laundry wherever...
If you can't hang the laundry outside, hang it inside. Okay, so that's not so extreme. But if you don't have a place for it inside, put it on wire hangers and hang those from doorways, from dresser knobs, from the backs of chairs, from lamp shades... wherever a hanger will fit. Of course you don't want to weight a lamp so it turns over or cause damage to anything. Put heavier items in the doorways.

Quick clothespin bag
Bend the side ends of a wire hangar upwards, then hang a plastic grocery sack on it. Continue to bend the ends up and over the plastic bag handles to hold it in place. Use two plastic bags, one inside the other for strength.

Clothespin holder
Hanging clothes on the line outside? Make a clothespin holder from a child's pullover shirt. Just sew the bottom closed and put it on a wire hanger. You can bend the hanger to keep it from slipping off. Hang it on the clothesline and slip it along as needed.
