Save flour
When you finish kneading or rolling out dough, don't just clean up with a dishcloth. Instead, use a butter knife to scrape the remaining flour into a cup or bowl, then sift it back into your flour container and throw away only the scraps.
Good Tip!!! I tend to be quite generous with the amount of flour I use to knead bread. Maybe it's because I know that I will save any leftover flour. I'd rather sift the leftover flour back into the canister than to skimp on the amount of flour kneaded into the dough.
